I know I’ve been talking about marijuana a lot lately, but the facts need to come out if legalized weed is ever going to see the light of day.

With California facing its biggest budget crisis, legalization may be the way to go if Governor Ah-nold is hesitant to raise taxes again. And with Bloomberg’s re-election yesterday in New York, he and Governor Paterson may want to sit down and talk about implementing a new strategy to tax marijuana and raise revenue to fix these damn trains, and lower cab fares, and fix the potholes in the streets, and give more grants to small businesses, and…. I can dream, can’t I?
